Why I Left a Great Job to Follow My Own Path.

When an exceptional path just isn't your path...

I've trusted my intuition from a young age, even when it defies conventional wisdom. Six weeks ago, I made a significant decision: I stepped away from my role as Senior Marketing Director at On.

My journey at On was extraordinary. Over the past year and a half, I have had the privilege of working with a fantastically ambitious and inspiring team, launching breakthrough innovations, collaborating with world-class athletes, top creative talent, and cultural icons, and expanding On's footprint in North America. Most importantly, I witnessed my team grow in confidence and capability, as well as my personal growth and evolution.

I am deeply appreciative and genuinely honored to have had this experience—it's one I will carry forward with gratitude.

Some may wonder, "Why leave while things are thriving?" It was not an easy decision, but I was being drawn to a different rhythm—one that aligns more closely with where I am on my journey.

The past month has served as a reset. I have recalibrated my mind, body, and spirit by attending seminars, learning new things, reconnecting with friends, and allowing space for stillness.

This week, I'm back in Dojo II (the studio), feeling inspired, refreshed, and ready to embark on new endeavors and explore fresh ideas.

I'm grateful to all of you who have reached out over the last few weeks. We already have some exciting projects brewing.

The route ahead won't be a straight one, but it will be mine. Here's to the winding trails of tomorrow—difficult, daring, and endlessly alive..

Sean Damian Tucker's last day as the Senior Director of Marketing at On.

Celebrating that last day of a fruitful journey with On.
